Role: Senior Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Hull
Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to £48,000
My client are looking for a Senior OH Advisor to lead and manage a regional clinical team in Hull. This role will see your work split between clinical and managerial responsibilities, as you oversee the day-to-day. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a regional team
• Manage clinical operations
• Review performance of the team
• Support staff recruitment for the team
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting the business and identifying new opportunities for development
• Oversee full OH remit, including case management, fitness for work and health surveillance
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse, with an Occupational Health qualification
• A wealth of experience within the Occupational Health field
• You will have exceptional people management and leadership skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence
