Job title: Children’s Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Location: Ribchester

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Manager to join our senior management team and lead a group of committed team leaders and support workers. The ideal candidate will provide strong, strategic leadership, ensuring regulatory success and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people. Under your leadership, they will have the opportunity to develop life skills and independence, supported by our care, therapy, and education teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a hardworking team, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Ensure that children and young people are supported in a safe, caring environment, helping them grow and develop in line with their individual needs.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of safeguarding principles, team management, and the complexities of Autism and other related challenges.
Apply care management principles effectively, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient running of the care home.
Work in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team, managing competing demands from different professionals.
Foster strong relationships with a range of professionals to ensure the wellbeing, safety, and best possible outcomes for the children and young people in our care.
Offer ongoing support and guidance to families, strengthening the overall care network.

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within children's care.
Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management (Children).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Successful candidates will be required to meet the person specification in order to be offered the position.
