Administrator – Children's Service
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are working with a dedicated and compassionate Children's Service committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and families in the Mansfield area. Their mission is to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Administrator to join their dynamic team.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience, particularly within a children's service or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
Process documentation related to safeguarding, compliance, and service delivery.
Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as required.
Support financial administration, including invoice processing and budget tracking.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a children's service, healthcare, or similar setting.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Desirable:

Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection practices.
Experience using administrative software systems.
