Position: Regional Manager
Services: Elderly Residential and Nursing Homes
Salary: Up to £75k
Region: Lancashire

Are you a Senior Manager with an active nursing PIN, who is looking for the opportunity to progress within the social care sector?
Amber Mace are working exclusively with a leading care provider, as they are recruiting for a Regional Manager to join their organisation. This is a unique opportunity to join a fantastic organisation at senior level managing a small group of 5 nursing and residential homes.
My client is a provider of residential and nursing homes for the elderly, some of whom are living with dementia. The organisation has a great reputation with strong core values and are looking for someone who shares their passion and commitment towards excellent care but who also appreciates the business aspect of such a senior role.
You will be responsible for the operational and care management of their services. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience at a Registered Manager/ Multi-site/ Commissioning or Regional Manager level.

Requirements for a Regional Manager:

• Proven success of understanding CQC requirements
• NMC Pin
• Level 5 NVQ
• Good business acumen
• Proven track record of CQC compliance
• Proven track record of managing Care Homes effectively
• Previous Registered Home management experience
• Strong networking links across Yorkshire and the North East
• Experience working within the elderly care sector, especially nursing services

Responsibilities of the Regional Manager:

• Offer support and guidance to registered managers
• Identify and take the lead on business development opportunities.
• Effectively manage registered managers through coaching, mentorship and development to inspire, motivate and lead the team
• Successfully maintain relationships with CQC inspectors, within the local community and with professional colleagues
• Provide reports and updates to the Care Director on business performance and development.
