Job Opportunity: Learning Disabilities Registered Home Manager
Location: Norfolk, UK
Salary: Competitive, based on experience - £40k

Are you a dedicated and experienced professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities? We are seeking a dynamic Learning Disabilities Registered Home Manager to join our team in Norfolk. If you have a strong background in learning disability support and proven management experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents.
• Person-Centered Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and the local community.

Requirements:
• Qualifications: Registered Manager's Award/NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience: Significant experience in managing residential services for individuals with learning disabilities.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of CQC standards and other relevant regulations.
