Registered Multi-Site Manager - Whitby and Scarborough
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Whitby and Scarborough, UK
Shift Patterns: Flexible, 40-hour week with occasional on-call responsibilities
Are you an experienced and dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges? Kelsey at Amber Mace is currently seeking a Multi-Site Registered Manager to oversee small homes in Whitby and Scarborough, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services for younger adults up to 50 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of dedicated care professionals across multiple sites.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive working environment.
• Oversee the provision of person-centered care, specifically tailored to individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental
health challenges.
• Ensure that care plans are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed.
• Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of care staff.
• Provide ongoing training and support to enhance staff competence and confidence.
• Be available for on-call duties as needed to address any urgent issues or emergencies.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all services provided comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records/documentation as required.
Requirements:
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in managing care services for individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns and travel between sites as needed.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
