Our Clients small residential care home is currently seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and provide exceptional care to our residents. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess a high level of experience in the field, we want to hear from you!

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our residential care home. From managing staff and resources to implementing quality care practices, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and service delivery. Your proactive and hands-on approach will be essential in fostering a supportive and enriching environment for both residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of care professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of care and safety
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and best practices within the home
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded

Requirements:

• Registered Manager with relevant qualifications and experience in the care sector
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to management
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in residential care
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Passionate about providing person-centered care and enhancing the quality of life for residents
• Resilient, forward-thinking, and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment
