Are you a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager seeking a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? We are recruiting for a passionate individual to join our team at a residential care home, with additional responsibilities including call-out visits to our home care division.
Role Overview:
As Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management of our residential care home while also providing support and oversight to our home care services. This unique position offers variety and requires a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the residential care home.
• Conduct regular call-out visits to clients receiving home care services, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
• Supervise and support care staff across both residential and home care settings.
• Help maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive continuous improvement in care quality.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care role within a residential care setting.
• UK driving license held for over 2 years, with willingness to travel for call-out visits.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to diverse challenges.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable individuals.
