Salary: £70K per annum + bonus

About you:

• Proven Experience: You should be well-acquainted with the demands of a busy and challenging Care Home Management role, having at least 3 years of experience as a Registered Care/Nursing Home Manager with CQC.
• Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrable experience and expertise in dementia care, showcasing a deep understanding of the unique needs of residents with dementia.
• Management Expertise: A track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality care within a residential setting, coupled with proficiency in financial management and planning.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a care team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Regulatory Understanding: Sound knowledge and comprehension of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate standards.
• Leadership Qualities: A passionate, driven, confident, and resilient leader dedicated to achieving excellence in care provision.
