Job Title: Dual Registered Manager - Nursing Homes

Location: Hereford, United Kingdom

Salary: £75,000 per annum

Overview:
Amber Mace are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Registered Manager to oversee the operations of two nursing homes located in Hereford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a positive working environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:
Provide strong leadership and management to the staff teams across both nursing homes.
Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of both facilities.
Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and professionalism among staff members.
Ensure that both nursing homes meet or exceed regulatory requirements and standards set by relevant authorities.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of care and services provided.
Take proactive measures to address any areas of non-compliance or improvement.
Oversee the assessment, care planning, and delivery of individualized care to residents.
Monitor resident satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
Work closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the holistic well-being of residents.

Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Significant experience working in a managerial role within the healthcare sector, preferably in a nursing home setting.
Proven track record of effective leadership, staff management, and team building.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in elderly care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A commitment to promoting dignity, autonomy, and well-being for residents.
Relevant qualifications in management or healthcare administration are desirable.
