Position: Home Manager
Location: Pontefract
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an energetic Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Home Manager to oversee the efficient operation of a warm and welcoming care home. What we expect from you:
• Excellent understanding of CQC, CCGs, and all regulatory bodies
• Previous management experience in a similar setting
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting
• Passion for working within the care sector
• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
