Claire at Amber Mace is currently working with a leading provider of domiciliary care services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in their own homes. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, we are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager who excels in starting up new branches from scratch. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of establishing successful domiciliary care services and a strong ability to acquire new clients through fieldwork.
Position Overview:
As the Experienced Domiciliary Care Manager - Branch Startup Specialist, you will spearhead the establishment of new domiciliary care branches, taking ownership of the entire startup process from inception to operational excellence. Your role will involve hands-on fieldwork to identify and acquire new clients, as well as strategic planning and implementation to ensure the branch's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and implementation of new domiciliary care branches, including market analysis, business planning, and regulatory compliance.
Utilize your strong network and expertise in the field to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to raise awareness of the new branch and attract potential clients.
Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of care staff, fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and professionalism.
Implement robust operational processes, policies, and quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care delivery and regulatory compliance.
Monitor branch performance and outcomes, conducting regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth and development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager, with a strong track record of successfully starting up new domiciliary care branches from scratch.
Extensive knowledge of the domiciliary care sector, including regulatory requirements, best practices, and market dynamics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in fieldwork and client acquisition, with a proactive and results-driven approach to business development.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
