This is a brand-new role and a rare opportunity to make a real impact—leading a team responsible for designing and delivering innovative, engaging systems training for both existing platforms and upcoming implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead, and support a small Systems Training Team to deliver high performance.
  • Design and deliver training for approximately 21 existing systems and all future rollouts.
  • Create accessible and engaging digital learning materials aligned with organisational systems and policies.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and operational leaders.
  • Deliver training both online and in person, adapting content for diverse audiences.

About You:
You’re a creative and driven leader with a strong background in systems training and a commitment to improving the learning experience. You will bring:

  • Experience managing or leading a training team.
  • A track record of designing and delivering systems training.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ideally, experience working in a multi-site organisation and alongside project teams.

Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience in the health or social care sector.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Teams and Office 365 to deliver training.

Hybrid Working and Travel:
This role is primarily home-based (around 80%), with regular travel to the Derby head office and occasional visits to sites across England and Wales.

Benefits:

  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (with options to buy/sell leave).
  • National staff discount schemes, including Blue Light Card.
  • Supportive leadership and a culture focused on development.
