Role: Senior OH Advisor
Salary: Up to £50k
Location: Outer London and surrounding areas (hybrid)
Hours: Full time
Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor, Senior OH Advisor or OH Manager looking for a leadership role with real impact? My client are an established, well respected company, with a number of exciting new projects on the way. They're seeking a Senior OH Advisor to lead a team of Occupational Health Nurses. This role will be a mix of clinical and managerial work, with 6 direct reports.
The successful candidate will be part clinical, part managerial, and provide both face to face and remote support to the team. It's essential you have the SCPHN qualification, and have previous managerial experience. The Role:
In this pivotal position, you will:
- Oversee and deliver OH services to clients, including case management, pre-employment screenings, health assessments, compliance, and health promotion.
- Lead with SEQOHS and comliance
- Provide strong line management, guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team.
- Balance on-site and remote work, ensuring effective team leadership and service delivery
- Report directly to the Directors, to ensure the seamless OH operations
Required
- SCPHN qualification (essential)
- Exceptional leadership & line management skills
-Experience in delivering full-spectrum OH services, with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance.
- Adaptability - able to navigate changing project landscapes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in the construction industry/safety critical (desirable but not essential)
