38.5 hours per week (Days & Nights available)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Carer to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred care. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and support a care team, ensuring the best outcomes for our residents.

Your Role Will Include:
Leading and supervising the care team to ensure exceptional standards of care
Providing personal care and support tailored to individual needs
Administering medication safely and in line with policies
Supporting and mentoring junior staff members
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and care planning
Promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents
What We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Previous experience in a senior carer or supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for delivering high-quality care
