Senior Care Coordinator - New Branch Opening in Derby
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Derby
Hours: Full-time

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand new branch in Derby and are seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of establishing our presence in the community, helping us to provide exceptional care to our clients.

As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our new branch. You will be responsible for coordinating care services, supporting care staff, and ensuring that all clients receive high-quality, person-centered care. You will work closely with our management team, who will provide ongoing support and guidance to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling care services for clients in the Derby area.
• Supervising and supporting a team of care staff.
• Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the branch manager in daily operations and strategic planning.

About You:

• A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a similar environment, ideally within a care coordination or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
