About the Role:
Our client, a well-established residential care provider, is looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead their home near Louth, Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, motivated, and results-driven leader to make a real impact.

Proven Experience – You must have successfully managed a residential care home before, ensuring high standards of care and full occupancy.
Leadership & People Skills – We want someone who is not only a great manager but also a genuinely nice person to work with—supportive, approachable, and committed to staff development.
Occupancy Success – You should have a natural ability to keep beds filled without struggling, thanks to your reputation and networking skills.
Qualifications – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
Location – You must be able to commute to the Louth area.
