Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
Are you a compassionate and experienced care home manager looking for your next leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Home Manager to lead our clients well-established care home in Derbyshire.
About the Role:
As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and a positive environment for both residents and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for elderly care and a track record of success in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and support to the care team.
Ensure the home meets CQC regulations and achieves high standards of care.
Manage budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
Foster a warm, person-centred approach to care.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential care home or similar setting.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
Passionate about delivering high-quality care.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
