We’re seeking a Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in Nottingham. This home has an excellent reputation within the local community and is part of a respected and supportive care group known for its commitment to high standards of care and staff wellbeing.
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management of the home – ensuring the highest levels of care are delivered, maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements, and leading a passionate team to continued success.
Requirements:
Active NMC PIN (Registered Nurse qualification – essential)
Proven experience managing a medium-sized nursing home
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
A commitment to providing outstanding person-centred care
Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and care sector regulations
