Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and regulatory standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, identifying any changes or concerns and taking appropriate action.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Provide support and guidance to care staff, promoting a positive working environment.
Requirements:
• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Previous experience in a similar role within a nursing home or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
