Job Title: Registered Manager
Setting: Small Mental Health Care Home
Location: New Malden
Salary: £60,000
Harry At Amber Mace is working with a long-term client who are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, dynamic Mental Health & Learning Disability Care Home in New Malden, Surrey. This home has a very strong support from both senior management and Deputy Managers. This role is ideal for a passionate and strategic leader with a proven track record in managing similar services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding support for service users.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and industry best practices.
- Drive business growth and maintain strong financial performance.
- Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a Mental Health & Learning Disability setting.
- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
- Strong understanding and experience of CQC regulations, quality, and compliance, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Ability to strategically lead teams, improve service delivery, and enhance business growth.
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
