What You’ll Be Doing:
• Running the day-to-day operations with confidence and clarity
• Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
• Driving occupancy and maintaining excellent CQC compliance
• Managing budgets and promoting ongoing team development

What We’re Looking For:
• A proven Registered Manager with experience in residential care settings
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent qualification)
• Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
• A confident, passionate leader who leads by example and embraces change
• A people-person who can build trust, culture, and a happy, thriving home
