Registered Manager – Residential & Dementia Care Home

Location: Spalding | Salary: £55,000 per annum | Full Time

A highly regarded residential care home in Spalding is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead its well-established team. Known for its strong community roots and warm, family-led atmosphere, the home provides high quality residential and specialist dementia care in a safe, sociable, and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong, visible leadership to ensure the smooth running of the home
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and deliver consistently high-quality care
  • Support and inspire a dedicated team to uphold best practices in person-centred care
  • Foster a positive, supportive culture that prioritises safety, dignity, and wellbeing
  • Manage budgets, staffing, training, and occupancy levels effectively
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
  • Actively engage with the local community and promote the home’s reputation
  • Continually assess and improve service delivery

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or dementia care setting
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A passion for high-quality, person-centred care
  • A warm, empathetic approach that motivates and supports staff and residents alike
