Registered Manager – Small Residential Home (Learning Disabilities)
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £45,000 per annum

Your Role:
Lead and inspire a caring team to deliver outstanding care
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practices
Develop and maintain a positive, person-centred environment
Work closely with residents, families, and professionals to enhance lives
Manage budgets, staffing, and overall home operations
What We’re Looking For:
A Registered Manager with previous experience in a learning disability setting
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A good understanding of CQC requirements and person-centred care
A compassionate and hands-on approach
