We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and forward-thinking Service Manager to lead our clients' team and deliver exceptional care in their specialist residential service. This role is perfect for a driven manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to improving the lives of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upskill and train staff members to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to provide outstanding care, particularly in mental health and complex care.
• Develop person-centred care plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual, with a strong focus on promoting independence and improving quality of life.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and organisational standards, including CQC requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, health care professionals, and external agencies.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring the service operates efficiently and cost-effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant experience in managing mental health services, with a solid background in providing care for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent knowledge of mental health legislation, safeguarding, and CQC regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach to managing challenging situations.
• A compassionate, person-centred ethos that puts the needs and wellbeing of the service users first.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent).

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary package
• Ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth
• A supportive and close-knit working environment
• The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals

If you're not afraid of a challenge and have the experience and passion to lead a team delivering exceptional mental health and complex care, we'd love to hear from you!
