£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus
Full-Time - Mon-Fri
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for an opportunity to grow and develop a domiciliary care service? This is an exciting chance to take a smaller service and build it into something great!
Harry at Amber Mace is working with Domiciliary Service based near Leatherhead to help them find the right Registered Manager that will allow them to grow.
The Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, quality, and growth of the domiciliary care service.
-Developing & expanding the service to increase care hours
-Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high standards of care
-Leading, mentoring, and developing the care team
-Building strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
-Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of care staff
Requirements:
-Proven experience in managing, improving, and growing domiciliary care services
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-A track record of business development within the care sector
-Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
-A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
