Position: Residential Home Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented and proactive Residential Home Manager to lead our Clients team. As a relatively new service, we are looking for a Manager who can drive occupancy, implement effective marketing strategies, and recruit top-tier staff members. Are you an experienced Residential Home Manager with a knack for commissioning and boosting occupancy rates? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commissioning process and ensure the smooth operation of the residential home.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and maintain high standards of care.
• Oversee marketing efforts to promote the home and attract prospective residents.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled team of care professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere among staff and residents.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Residential Home Manager, ideally with experience in commissioning and managing larger homes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to drive occupancy and implement effective marketing initiatives.
• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and retention.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
