Role: Occupational Health Clinical Manager
Salary: £50-55k
Hours: Full time
Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid (travel to sites required)

Role:
• Lead & support a team of OH professionals
• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met
• Ensure all the team are maintaining high standards of H&S and compliance
• Handle challenges, including incident reporting, complaints, and service improvements
• Support staff development, ensuring ongoing training and competency
What We’re Looking For
• Occuaptional Health Qualification
• NMC registered Nurse
• You will have strong leadership and communication skills
• Experienced in delivering Occupational Health services across multiple sectors
• Full UK driving licence
