Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Nottingham, UK
Salary: £45,000 per annum
We are working with a leading provider of dementia care services in Nottingham, dedicated to enhancing the lives of their residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective leadership and management of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and compassion.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, with a focus on person-centered care and dignity.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Manage the financial performance of the nursing home, working closely with the higher management team to achieve budgetary targets.
Requirements:
• Valid Nursing PIN (Registered Nurse qualification)
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting, preferably in dementia care
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in care provision
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered care
