Salary: £21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents during night shifts Administer medications and manage clinical tasks in line with NMC guidelines
Lead and support the care team to ensure excellent care standards Effectively manage emergencies and respond promptly to residents' needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
Requirements:
Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
Extensive experience working in a nursing home setting
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the home's location Compassionate, dedicated, and able to work effectively as part of a team
