Job Title: Night Nurse
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Position Type: Full-time, Night Shift
Salary: £20 per hour + Paid Breaks
This is a reputable and compassionate medium-sized nursing home located in the heart of Lincolnshire. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Nurse to join our Clients team.
We are currently looking for a Night Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents during the night shift. This includes administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to residents and their families. Additionally, you will work closely with our care team to ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring residents' health and vital signs
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families
• Assisting with activities of daily living, as needed
• Documenting all care provided accurately and promptly
• Communicating effectively with other members of the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Valid Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN)
• Previous experience working as a Nurse in a similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
