Lincolnshire
3/4 shifts per week

As a Night Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of the residents during the night. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, monitoring residents' conditions, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Delivering exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individual care plans.
•Administering medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
•Monitoring and recording residents' conditions and reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
•Ensuring the safety and comfort of residents throughout the night.
•Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure a high standard of care.
•Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of care provided.

Requirements:

•Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
•Experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
•Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
