Salary: £30,000 per annum

We are working with an outstanding care provider in Lincoln, offering residential care, day care services, and homecare support. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our clients team.
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care across all three aspects of the service:
Residential Care Home – Supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
Day Care Services – Ensuring clients receive exceptional care and support tailored to their needs
Homecare Company – Assisting in overseeing the quality and efficiency of our homecare services
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a senior care role (Deputy Manager/Senior Carer/Team Leader)
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Flexibility to work across different care settings
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
