Compliance & Training Support Co-ordinator
Location: Sleaford - Field-based (with regular travel across multiple sites)
Salary: £36K per annum

About the Role:
As a Compliance & Training Support Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care standards, staff development, and regulatory compliance across multiple care homes.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and overnight stays, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a varied and active work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development – Supporting and developing Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Carers through tailored training programs
Complaints & Safeguarding – Ensuring concerns are logged, investigated, and resolved promptly
Clinical Oversight – Keeping logs updated and proactively managing pressure sores, DoLs, falls, and weight monitoring
External Inspections – Preparing homes for regulatory and compliance inspections (typically one per month)
On-Call Support – Participating in the Jasmine weekend on-call rota (approximately every third weekend)
Improving Compliance & Care Standards – Working on-site with struggling homes, supporting Home Managers to enhance care quality and operational standards (often requiring overnight stays)

What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within an elderly care home
At least 1 year of experience delivering training (e.g., manual handling, fire safety, medication, or care planning)
NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent) and a willingness to study for
NVQ Level 5 and/or 7 (or be a registered nurse)
Computer literacy (email, Excel, Word)
Full UK driving licence and comfortable driving long distances regularly
Willingness to work away from home Monday to Friday as required
