Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering high standards of person-centred care to residents
• Administering medications and treatments as required
• Supervising care assistants and ensuring care plans are followed
• Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team
• Maintaining accurate records and upholding professional standards
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
• Compassionate, caring nature with a strong commitment to resident well-being
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
