Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to create and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Offer support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other staff members
Requirements
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
• Previous experience in a nursing home environment is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
