Amber Mace are working with a client looking for a Senior OH Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced in-house Occupational Health service.
The successful candidate will confidently lead operational delivery, act in a clinical capacity, support a small clinical team and make sound, timely decision in a busy and high demand service.

Key Responsibilities
- Line management of a small team (4-5 staff)
- Complex case management (1 to 2 days per week)
- Oversight of case management
- Support clinical decision making and quality assurance
- Leading on policies, procedures and service improvement
- Work closely with the Health & Wellbeing Manager on delivery
- Embed training, consistency and clinical standards across the team
- Engage regularly with HR and stakeholders
- Support KPI/SLA performance and service responsiveness
About You
- Confident decision-maker
- Experienced in Complex case management
- Comfortable managing people and performance
- Proactive, practical and solution focused
- Strong under pressure
- Able to prioritise in a busy environment
- Genuine team player who contributes to service culture, not just output
Requirements:
- OH qualified, ideally SCPHN
- Comfortable working within a KPI/SLA-driven service
