Senior OHA – Hull - Up to £50k
Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday

The role:
- Senior OHA within a small, friendly regional team
- You'll mentor, support and lead by example
- This role role keeps you clinical - 60% clinical, 40% managerial/day-to-day operations supporting your colleagues
- Deliver a mix of case management, health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments
- Work closely with key clients
- Support recruitment, development, and performance across your team
- Work together with the team for service improvements
Requirements:
- RGN
- OH qualification
- Experience working in Occupational Health
- Management experience is a bonus, but not essential - we're just looking for someone who has a passion for leading and motivating others
- A full UK driving licence — there’s some travel involved within your region, but nothing excessive
