Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant / Senior Care Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in the Leicester team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of care practices, and a genuine passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of care services in Leicester.
• Provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
• Supervise, mentor, and train care assistants to deliver excellent care.
• Conduct care assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
• Proven experience in a domiciliary setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
