Claire at Amber Mace is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Carer to join our esteemed domiciliary care branch based in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to clients, ensuring their well-being, and enhancing their quality of life. This position requires a responsible individual who is passionate about health and social care, has a caring nature, and possesses strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• To Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and companionship.
• To Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Lead and supervise a team of carers, ensuring adherence to care plans and the highest standards of care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' needs, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Mentor and train junior carers, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively and compassionately.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards, including health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, observations, and any changes in clients' conditions.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to coordinate care and support for clients.
• Travel to clients' homes across Warwickshire, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Proven experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector.
Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
Previous experience in domiciliary care.
