As the Residential Care Home Manager, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. With a focus on maintaining a happy home for residents and a fulfilling workplace for staff, your leadership will make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing a residential care or nursing home (preferably rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by CQC)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional care
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
