Are you ready to take the next step in your career with an organisation that truly values its people? Amber Mace is proud to be working with a highly respected care provider in the East Kirkby area, currently seeking a Registered Care Manager for one of its established, small residential services.

This is more than just a job, it’s a genuine opportunity to join a company that places just as much focus on supporting its staff as it does its residents. You’ll be part of a provider known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and compassionate leadership.

Why work for this company?
• Reputation for excellence – The provider is known for consistently high standards and strong CQC outcomes.
• Supportive leadership – You’ll be backed by an experienced and collaborative senior management team.
• Opportunities for development – Whether you’re an experienced manager or a deputy ready to step up, the company offers excellent progression and professional development support.
• Focus on staff wellbeing – This is an organisation that truly recognises and rewards its people, promoting a positive and balanced work environment.
• Collaborative and values-led – You’ll be working with a team that shares your passion for delivering outstanding care.

About the role:
As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a small, person-centred residential home for older people. You will lead from the front, creating a warm, welcoming, and compliant service that residents and staff are proud of.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a dedicated care team
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards
• Managing budgets, rotas, occupancy, and recruitment
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with staff, families, and external professionals

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and empowering others

If you're a natural leader looking for a role where you can make a real impact and be fully supported in your development, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and well-respected care provider.
