About the role:
As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a small, person-centred residential home for older people. You will lead from the front, creating a warm, welcoming, and compliant service that residents and staff are proud of.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading and motivating a dedicated care team
• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards
• Managing budgets, rotas, occupancy, and recruitment
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with staff, families, and external professionals
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care setting
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and empowering others
