Registered Home Manager
Salary £44,500 - £54,500 per annum

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead their care home in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to promoting the wellbeing of both residents and staff.
Responsible:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for residents.
• Lead and inspire a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.
• Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the home, including staffing, supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to promote resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Bonuses:
• The salary for this role is initially £43,500 £54,500 depending on experience.
• The salary will be reviewed again yearly
• Home Manager Quarterly Bonus
• All home managers are eligible for a bonus of 15% of salary
• Bonus paid quarterly
• £1000 bonus on obtaining certificate CQC registration
