Job Title: Registered Domiciliary Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to join the team in Birmingham. This full-time role involves overseeing and managing the domiciliary care services provided by our organization, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and support a team of care staff, ensuring they provide high-quality domiciliary care services.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation, maintaining high standards of care and record-keeping.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to continually improve the quality of care services provided.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing professional development for care staff.
• Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Assist in managing budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the sustainability of care services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a domiciliary care management role, with a strong understanding of domiciliary care practices and regulations.
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards, health and safety regulations, and care planning.
Competent in using care management software and other relevant IT systems.
