This is a brilliant opportunity if you’re an established OH Manager, or an experienced Senior OHA with leadership experience ready to take that next leadership step.
The focus here is clear: quality over quantity (max 6 cases per day), genuine support for your team, and a collaborative approach to improving workplace health.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, supporting & motivating a regional team of OH professionals
- Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring KPIs & standards are met
- Driving clinical governance, health & safety compliance, and quality improvement
- Managing incidents, complaints & driving positive service development
- Supporting staff training, development & competency across the team
- Acting as the senior clinical point of contact across your region
What We’re Looking For
- Occupational Health Qualification (Degree or Diploma)
- Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills
- Experience delivering OH services across multiple sectors / client groups
- Full UK driving licence — regional travel required
- Passion for supporting teams and driving service excellence
