Role: Occupational Health Nurse
Salary: £35-37k
Hours: Full time
Location: Near Borehamwood
Amber Mace are currently working for a fantastic company looking for an ambitious and experienced Occupational Health Nurse in Borehamwood.
In this role, you will be at a single site on the outskirts of Borehamwood/Stanmore, providing Occupational Health nursing to all employees. With this role it is essential you drive as there is a lack of public transport around the site. You will be based on site between the hours of 9am and 5pm, responsible for vaccinations, health surveillance, bloods, NDT, Pre-placement questionnaires. You will have your voice and opinion heard, and the opportunity to improve the department.

Role:
• You will be required to provide health surveillance, vaccinations, venepuncture, health assessments, workstation/risk assessments, pre-placement assessments, phlebotomy, NDT
• The successful candidate will provide professional advice, support and guidance to the client
• To respond to Client/Manager's requests for support/information
Requirements:
• You must be a Registered nurse (RGN) with a valid nurse pin
• Previous OH experience is essential: OH Nurse, OH Screening Nurse, or practice nurse with OH experience
• Although you will be based at one single site, it is essential you drive as it's not easily accessible with public transport
• Experienced in vaccinations
• Up to date with training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
