Role: Remote Case Managers
Salary: £43-45k
Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday, 8 hours p/d between 8am-6pm)

Role Duties
• Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals, fitness for work assessments, pre-placement questionnaires
• Provide general OH advice
• Create professional evidence based written reports
• Work alongside line managers to manage attendance effectively
• Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements
• Provide clinical supervision and support team members
• Appointments will be either 20 minutes (pre-employment questionnaire) or 40-50 minutes (case management referral), with a maximum of 8 cases per day
Requirements
• NMC registered
• Experienced OH Advisor with case management essential
• Comfortable providing telephone based assessments
