Role: OH Team Leader
Location: Horsham
Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to £47k
My client is looking for an experienced OHA or an experienced OH Team leader to join their team in Horsham. As an Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader, you'll be on site in Horsham 2-3 days per week, with the remaining time (2-3 days) working from home. Throughout the year you will spend approximately 4 working weeks providing audits, appraisals, and team events across the South of England (Devon, Somerset, Kent, Suffolk).

Role:
• Assess new clients
• Assess clients fitness to work
• Write letters to third parties such as GPs/Specialists when required
• Advisor, monitor and assess the clinical OH team
• Respond to client requirements in a timely manner
• Ensure all records on file are up to date
• Provide health surveillance when required
• Ensure the clinical OH team are up to date with training etc.
Requirements:
• RGN, active pin
• OH qualified
• Experience working within an Occupational Health setting
• Managerial experience
