Role: OH Advisor
Location: Harrogate
Hours: 3 days (22.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £45k pro-rata

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join a dedicated team supporting employee health and wellbeing in Harrogate. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about proactive health management and delivering high-quality occupational health services.

The Occupational Health Advisor will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including comprehensive case management, health surveillance, and health assessments. The role plays a key part in promoting a safe and healthy working environment and in supporting staff wellbeing through expert advice and practical interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Case management, including assessments and return-to-work advice
- Conduct health surveillance and pre-placement medicals in line with company requirements
- Carry out face-to-face and telephone consultations
- Provide expert occupational health advice in accordance with current legislation and best practice
- Produce professional, evidence-based reports and maintain accurate health records
- Advise on occupational health policy and support its implementation

Requirements:
- RGN
- OH qualification
- Previous experience working in Occupational Health
- Strong understanding of legislation
- Ability to travel to other sites if and when required
