Job Title: Registered Nursing Home Manager
Location: Exmouth Area
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager with a passion for high-quality elderly care? We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead and inspire a well-established nursing home in the Exmouth area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the nursing home operations
Ensure the home meets all regulatory and legislative requirements
Deliver outstanding care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence
Effectively manage and support a skilled multidisciplinary team
Monitor and drive occupancy levels
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home is essential
A valid nursing qualification (preferred but not essential)
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best care practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong financial acumen and operational management experience
